Vantage Data Centres BER14 represents a significant hub for technological advancement and connectivity. Situated on a 25-acre campus within Brandenburg Park, ensuring easy access to the region’s infrastructure. The campus is designed to house four state-of-the-art multi-story data centres, encompassing a total of 474,000 sq. ft (44,000 sqm) once fully developed. It boasts a substantial 56MW of critical IT load capacity, with an average density of 300W/SF (3.23kW/M²), catering to the high demands of modern IT operations.

To support our client, GMES Ltd was commissioned to perform comprehensive Electrical Inspection, Testing, and Documentation services for the LV installation. Our scope of work encompassed torque verification of all primary and secondary cable terminations, detailed inspection and testing of the LV Busbar systems, infrared thermographic scanning, validation of construction-issue schematics, preparation of distribution board charts, and verification of the complete Earthing and Bonding systems.

As part of our deliverables, GMES Ltd also produced and maintained structured progress and inspection reports, highlighting any non-conformities against DIN-VDE 0100-600 standards (in line with CENELEC and BS7671).
